What's different about the small business versions?
Basically all the essential processing is exactly the same as in standard corporate and enterprise versions. A customer complaint is a complaint, a training need is a need, a process is still a process no matter what size or type of company they occur in. And the functionality to support all of these things exists in all versions.
So what's missing you ask? Network rigours, high-volume data transfer and data access by team structures eg in the higher versions a supervisor can see data for her/his entire team, managers see all thier own supervisors etc. And of course not all the reports are available in the small version nor are some of management planning functions. The system is just as rigorously designed and tested and has the same look & feel as well as ease of use features.
They cost a fraction of what their bigger brothers cost and come in fixed 1 - 10 user versions.
