What does it do The Waiting List Analysis System does exactly what it says on the can producing a staggering array of Executive Reports, Management Reports, Online Queries and Charts in full colour Our consultants examine what data relating to waiting lists you currently hold. In addition we analyse what access, structure and key information is available and produce a Data Analysis Model for you A Data Extraction Module will then be designed and programmed to extract your available data. Design of this module will ensure data is extracted on a regular basis, is secured on your server but kept seperate from operational patient data. A Shortfall Analysis will be performed to highlight the difference between the data you already have compared to the data that the system is designed to analyse. Your requirements of the system will determine what shortfall data is important and what is not. A Data Enrichment Module depending on the shortfall analysis above, will be designed and programmed. This module will enable any additional data, not captured by your existing system, to be added to our internal 'Complete Set' data model of patient waiting lists data. Typically, it will consist of one ore more simple. easy to use, online data capture screens which can be run by your administration staff or we could supply temporary (trained) staff for you. Again the design of this module will ensure secure but seperate data is held on your servers. An Impressive Array of Management Analysis is available from the 'Complete Set' of data held in the system. Depending on what additional data you agree to capture you can analyse waiting time by: operation type, treatment type, clinic, ward, consultant, department, cost of treatment, referal type, patient geographic location, age, general health, quality of life improvement prognosis, risk factors, success factors, priority, GP, other referring hospital and much more. And if this is not enough, analyses can be produced at Executive Summary Level, Detailed Level and in a range of sequences.
