The Staff Training Needs Management system will allow you to easily manage the training needs of your staff. .
An 'Ideal' skills set is associated to each jobtype and seniority. Managers in your organisation can review their staff members against the ideal. This can happen on an ad-hoc basis or during formal appraisal or review meetings.
Individual training needs are identified by the manager as the system presents the 'ideal' plus known skills for each team member. Target timescales and priorities can also be set along with Apppraisal and review records
Staff are nominated for available training as job and project requirements arise . These nominations are correlated by the system to reflect the entire organisations training requirements and priorities by jobtype and department
Course bulk booking is made possible for the training coordinator because the system brings together all the relevant information by time period, course type, jobtype, and priority resulting in far better use of training budgets. Costs are available by department, individual and team as well as by jobtype or type of course. Schedules are also available by department, individual and team and joining instructions are automatically printed..
After the course delegates can fill-in online feedback and course ratings. Managers can review feedback and also monitor and record post-course improvements for their staff
The system is designed for ease of use and is an excellent management tool. It provide the 'big picture' of staff training needs, job required skills, courses attended, individual performance, appraisals, course ratings and the cost of training.
