VOYAGER VIEWER ( with LEFT Tiling )
Active process diagrams, flowcharts, organisation charts and images are accessed through the secure, read-only VOYAGER VIEWER and XGL's patented technology gives you automatic hypertext links - where redundant links are not possible.   As well as automatically generated: hierarchic Table of Contents, A-Z Index, Glossary of Terms and List of illustrations
Clicking on boxes in the above organisation chart would bring up infornation about that person. The diagram can have any number of process map "hotspots" set up and linked to process definitions and lower level diagrams You can also link to other VOYAGER books, video and external applications. And you simply point and click to create hotspots. ANY or ALL of the boxes and lines on this diagram can be hotspots.
GLOSSARY DEFINITIONS
Information such as technical terms, acronyms, jobholder details eg QA manager etc can be set up as a definition. You simply type-in your details. The VIEWER will automatically size and position your definition when it's hyperlink is clicked. EASE FOR ALL USERS and NO TRAINING NECESSARY
We have specially designed the VIEWER so that all levels of staff - from the occasional PC user to the IT technician - can easily access the information you provide.   A simple click on the VOYAGER icon will take your users straight to your processes and procedures.   And then all information access is simply a mouse click away
(VIEWING (no tiling))
XGL Hypertext VOYAGER VIEWER presents your process and procedure definitions in an easy to read format for your users to follow - just as the text and pictures you see before you now (assuming your browser has handled our html correctly).   Of course VOYAGER VIEWER does not have this problem: VOYAGER pages always appear as the author intended on any Windows version from 3.0 to Win 2000 all simultaneously accessing the same VOYAGER BOOK. (See the Technical Section for System requirements details).
(RIGHT TILED VIEWING)
FINDING THINGS - much easier than the internet and less frustrating!
By clicking on Hyperlinks, readers can choose any path to get to the required information. Small chunks of information such as terms or definitions can be displayed as a small popup window whilst remaining on the current topic.   And by simply clicking, the reader can easily select a topic from the Table of contents, A-Z Index, Glossary, List of Illustrations or the history log of topics accessed so far. In addition, your reader can navigate through your database in a number of alternative sequences. Pictures can provide a further means of navigating through your information by allowing your readers to click on picture hotspots.   VOYAGER will allow you to Hyperjump to anywhere in the system, including accessing external applications, VIDEO and SOUND clips.   If with all of this you still can't find what your looking for then simply run a SEARCH ENGINE query available in both a Simple and Advanced options and our search is strictly within the context of what information you are looking at now. I.E. If your in Quality then only quality related topics will be presented etc. You never, ever, ever, ever get thousands of search results which are unrelated, irrelevant and frustrating - know what we mean!
