Setting up To do tasks  
A diary of ToDo tasks. is available, shown by customer or operator, so you never need forget to call the customer or send that important letter.

Staff are automatically notifyed if they have been assigned to deal with a complaint, or a complaint is reassigned to another operator. If a complaint is passed to another member of staff to resolve they have full access to the history of the complaint.
