Logging Complaints and Enquiries  
The complaint is logged by an operator with minimum data entry and easy selection of product, service, reasons, etc.filling out all the relevent information supplied by the caller/customer.


Automatic resolution timescales are set for this complaint. A reminder is set in the system to prompt the operator nearer the time. Another set of analysis can be produced to show how quickly the trust deals with complaints and which percentage are resovled within a given timescale.

Follow-up actions can also be added to the complaint which will have To do dates allocated and will also prompt the operator to complete.
